Please choose either our secure or standard server support request form by clicking once on the appropriate hyperlink below. Please note, this support form can be used with Netscape versions 4.76 - 7.0 (and onwards), but not versions 6.0/6.1. Alternatively, you can contact us another way (see below). Our secure server protects your information in transit all the way from you to us. Both servers PGP-encrypt your information prior to sending it to us. This process removes any trace of your information from our servers. ePitope Informatics will then get back to you in the manner you select on the form.

(1) Secure server* (SSL plus PGP encryption) More information	*	If your institutional or corporate firewall does not allow access to our secure server, which provides 128-bit encrypted data transmission of your information, or you are experiencing problems using this server, then you can continue, using our standard server.
(2) Standard server^§ (plus PGP encryption) More information	^§	Currently, you are in a session with our standard server. Transmission of your information using this server is secure only part of the way between your computer and us. Click here for more information.
