Our epitope prediction and analysis services are offered with a competitive pricing structure, and our Internet-based utilities for secure service delivery are provided free of charge.

Depending on length of target protein sequence, the cost of epitope prediction services start at around GBP £250-00.

If your target protein is large (i.e. sequence length greater than ~ 700 amino acids), service cost to you can be significantly reduced by selecting a subregion of interest for analysis. Normally, about 4 - 6 strongly predicted epitopes would be expected for every ~ 400 amino acid residues.


New Commercial Services

To achieve further reduction in cost to you, we now offer a "mini-service", with findings presented in summary format rather than as a full e-Report. In this situation, in addition to the summary report, you receive findings of analyses we perform as separate data files rather than this data being integrated into the body of a full e-Report.

Alternatively, if your requirement is having just a simple list of epitopes ranked in order of likely antigenicity, we can provide this at further reduction in cost to you. Under this option you will still benefit from the thoroughness with which we perform epitope prediction, but just not receive a report.

Currently, the above mini-service and simple epitope list options are not available for selection from the online quotation request form. These will be offered to you in an e-mail sent following our receipt of your online quotation request.
