online quotation request facility
provides you with a formal, no obligation quote for the cost
of our service. This facility allows you to choose epitope prediction and further options for
annotation of your protein(s) of interest from
an online form.
Length of target protein sequence and the type of
service requested are primary determinants of our service cost. To ensure
optimal accuracy, our service essentially performs a small research project
for your target molecule.

Our epitope
prediction and analysis services are offered with
a competitive pricing structure, and our Internet-based utilities
for secure service delivery are provided free of
charge.
Depending on length of target protein sequence, the
cost of epitope prediction services start at around GBP £250-00.
If your target protein is large (i.e. sequence length greater than ~
700 amino acids), service cost to you can be significantly reduced by
selecting a subregion of interest for analysis. Normally, about 4 - 6
strongly predicted epitopes would be expected for every ~ 400 amino acid
residues.
Commercial
services update
To reduce service cost, we now offer a simple list of
epitopes service. This service provides a summary report of
findings showing a list of predicted epitopes ranked in order of likely antigenicity.
This service still benefits from the
thoroughness with which we perform epitope prediction, but
provides only a summary e-Report of several pages in length.
Currently, the simple list of epitopes service option is not
available for selection from the online quotation request form, but
will be offered to you in the e-mail message sent following our receipt of your online quotation request.
