Your use of our Web site facilities is provided on the basis of

           "About Internet Explorer", then, if appropriate, easily
           upgraded using an Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack
.          from Microsoft.

As an alternative to upgrading encryption strength alone (as
          above), Internet Explorer versions 5.5 onwards, and Netscape,
          are enabled to run SSL with 128-bit encryption. Your version of
